Outside of work, you will usually find me enjoying the outdoors. I love camping, biking, and boating, and my favorite trips are the ones spent traveling in our RV with my wife Allison and our three kids, ages 13, 9, and 5. Family is my biggest priority, and I believe a successful life means balancing hard work with time for the people and experiences that matter most.
